Any proposals, quotes, or statements of work are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Services will be performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and UK data protection legislation.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AXEA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
